We have been perpetual nomads as RVers, sailors, house and pet sitters, and overlanders since 2003. Currently, the three of us are roaming about South America in our truck camper Thirsty Bella.
As lifetime adventurers, we are self-employed and maintain a tight budget. This blog is about all that – and more – to inspire a life less ordinary. Don’t dream but do! 🙂

I lived in Adams and when a young man, climbed to the top of Mt. Greylock many times. What most don’t realize it’s as hard running down the mountain as it is going up!

Hi Jack,
How interesting that you found this blog post from so long ago -and that you used to live in Adams and are familiar with Mt. Greylock! Sometimes, going up hills and mountains is easier than going down, because of the sheer steepness and slippery surfaces. 🙂
