Hope you don’t have to wait too long! We have a Scarecrow festival in one of the villages near us tomorrow so I’m quietly hopeful. 🙂

I hope you had a nice and sunny weekend, Jo! Our Saturday was miserable, but on Sunday, one could go out and explore, if wearing the right amount of clothes. 🙂

Still damp here! I had a foggy walk this morning. Atmospheric! 🙂 🙂 The village was celebrating the Queens’ 90th birthday yesterday. Bit damp but a lot of fun.

A good reason to celebrate! And, damp is still better than rain in my opinion. 🙂

Come on, Mr. Sun!

Thanks for the encouragement, Mlissabeth! I think later this week, the temps might start with a 7. 🙂

That’s awfully chilly for June. At least you have really cute sheets 🙂

It was the warmest winter on record, but I fear it will be the coldest summer as well. Apparently, this is pretty rare for June. Can’t wait for it to improve. We are getting sick of wearing socks and multiple layers of clothes still. 🙁 We might have to come to Florida!

Oh no! I feel your pain – we turned on the heat again and pulled out our winter comforter last week because the temperature dropped so far down. But now it has yo-yoed back up and we’ve switched back to AC and the ceiling fans! I hope that the rain goes away soon, though, since it just adds insult to injury.:D

From heater to AC in a matter of days, Tracy. That is insane. What a weird spring this is – it shifts from winter into summer and straight into winter again, without regards for an actual spring. We are looking forward to some temps in the seventies later this week.

I have heard that it has been cold and wet there. Hopefully summer will declare itself soon!

Let’s hope so, Sue! Our past New England experiences involve warm and sunny summers. But, being in the mountains now, we are losing a bit of that faith…

Not in flannel but am close to getting the winter duvet back out!

Oh no, Becky! Not in Portugal, I hope…
