I have decided to post photos of our eight year sailing adventure on SV Irie for Wordless Wednesdays. I hope you enjoy them. My theme for this week comes from The Daily Post.

Thanks! Especially the island of Isabela has a lot of charm and is less touristy than the other two main ones. And, life there is pretty inexpensive. I hope you get to enjoy them one day!

I LOVE these photos. We too saw the giant tortoises mating when we were in the Galapagos. Only one penguin though. What an incredible place it is. Sigh I could have stayed for weeks.

I hear you, Sue. We were there for two months and could have stayed even longer. Being on our boat, though, we did everything at a much slower space and did not join any tours.

I love that you are posting (great) photos of your sailing adventure for Wordless Wednesday. And these are making me miss Galapagos so much. I was taking pretty crappy ass photos them (maybe I still am 🙂 so none of mine are as nice as yours. Great to see Galapagos through your eyes.

Your photos are great, Lisa! And, you use them for your blogs instead of leaving them hidden in your archives. I hope to follow in your footsteps more…
